Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Fresher to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in marketing and customer success. As a Marketing Fresher, you will be responsible for sales outreach, setting up meetings, and supporting client interactions, with a clear path toward a future career in customer success.. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. 
  • Meeting Setup: Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring effective follow-up and engagement. 
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide initial onboarding support to the ZöTok platform. 
  • Support Customer Success: Assist the customer success team in onboarding new clients and providing them with a seamless experience on the ZöTok platform. 
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competitors in the market. 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create strategies that improve client engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to the product and customer success teams to drive continuous improvement. 


Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt. 
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing principles is a plus.
