Role Overview: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on SaaS solutions for supply chain operations. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates passionate about technology and supply chain management to kick-start their careers in a dynamic, agile startup environment. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Requirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various clients, including brands, distributors, and retailers, to align software solutions with customer needs. 
2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in the supply chain SaaS industry. 
3. Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and recommend product improvements to enhance user experience and satisfaction. 
4. Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, concise, and professional documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows. 
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to generate insightful visual reports, identifying performance trends and areas for optimization within the supply chain process. 
6. Presentations: Present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients using AI tools and advanced data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau. 
7. Excel Expertise: Demonstrate advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. 
8. Agile Environment: Work in an agile, dynamic startup environment, adapting to ad-hoc tasks and changing priorities. 
9. Continuous Learning: Commit to continuous learning and quickly implement new tools and strategies to drive business improvements. 
10. Product Support: Support the product team by gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable product features or updates. 

 Skills & Qualifications: 

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and industry practices.
